Job Overview:  
 

We are seeking an AI Developer to join our team in building an AP Automation Solution that processes Unstructured Data. You will develop AI agents, integrate Vision Language Models (VLMs) like AWS Bedrock, and implement Text-to-SQL models to extract and process data with 95-100% accuracy. You’ll collaborate with a Full Stack Developer and supervise interns on R&D tasks, contributing to a scalable AWS-based pipeline using Step Functions and DynamoDB Streams.  

Responsibilities:  

Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions for data extraction and processing, ensuring high accuracy and scalability on a cloud platform. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying various agents and integrating different services and models. The role also involves optimization, problem-solving, and potentially guiding junior team members.  

The role also includes testing, deployment using CI/CD tools, and supervising intern research. Requires experience with AI/ML frameworks, proficiency in Python and AWS, familiarity with SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in mentoring. 

Qualifications:  

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and models (e.g., VLMs, LLMs like Ollama 3.2).  

• Proficiency in Python and AWS services (Bedrock, Textract, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB).  

• Familiarity with SQL and Text-to-SQL implementations.  

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to achieve 90-100% accuracy targets.  

• Experience mentoring junior team members (e.g., interns).
