Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP xECM for integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Design and customize document lifecycle workflows and metadata models.
• Integrate SAP xECM with modules such as SAP MM, SD, FI, HR, or PM.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing SAP xECM implementations.
• Conduct user training, create technical documentation, and ensure compliance with governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP xECM by OpenText.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS is a plus.
• Familiarity with content server configuration, metadata modeling, and business workspace creation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

• OpenText xECM Certification
• SAP Certified Application Associate (preferred)
